All About Your Session...

Please make sure to print out the Photo Release Form document, sign, date, and bring it with you to the session, or e-mail a scanned copy to emjdigitalarts@gmail.com

We cannot move forward with the photo session until we receive the signed Photo Release Form.


For every session, we require a 25% scheduling deposit in order to secure your session date/time. We will send you an invoice and upon payment, you will be scheduled into our calendar. Then, after the photo session takes place and the editing of your photos is completed, you will be invoiced again for the remaining balance of your photo session fee (plus sales tax). Once your payment is received, we will send you a link and passwords to your personal photo gallery. There, you will be able to download the photos and even purchase printables, if you desire. If you choose to pay by cash or check, please let us know. You will need to bring that to your session so you don't have to figure out a way to get your payment to us on photo delivery day. Checks will not be cashed until after the photos are e-delivered to you. Otherwise, you can pay by PayPal or credit/debit card. Photos will be e-delivered after payment is received.


Just as a reminder, bring a hand towel and some water to drink (if the weather is warm), along with your props or clothing changes for the session. Wear appropriate clothing based on the temperature. In cooler months, it is best to bring a coat/jacket along just in case.


Check the weather the day before your session to make sure there will not be inclement weather at the location you have selected for your session. If there is inclement weather, we will reschedule you without an additional fee.


Make sure to be on time for your session, or contact Eliot by text or phone call at 469-569-9420 if you are running late. If you cancel your session and do not reschedule within 14 days, your Scheduling Deposit will NOT be refunded.
